During capoeira training, maintaining a proper ginga and cadeira position during sequences will strengthen your leg and core muscles, and will improve your general stability and endurance as it is essentially a half squat and half lunge.
You’ve seen the instruments. You’ve heard their sound and may have been hypnotized by the rhythm during the roda. It’s challenging to play, but once understood, will help make your capoeira game richer.
